Fundacion Niños sin Fronteras is a nonprofit organization to provide psychological care and medical care bills to kids using limited economic resources about the Central Valley and also rural areas. Costa Rica is strengthening it´s location as a leading medical tourism destination and making new business ventures are a selection of the goals of the medical travel summit. The Costa Rica Tourism Board and PROMED are happy to host the 3rd annual Medical Travel Summit this year in the capital of Costa Rica, San Jose. PROMED is a non profit organization that serves as a coordinator between the private and non-private medical care sectors for quality services offered by the Costa Rica. The yearly peak will be held at the Genuine Intercontinental Hotel in Escazu, Costa Rica. The 2012 Medical Travel Costa Rica is predicted to smash the record on the prior summit which was attended by at least 5 hundred folk that represents the fifteen states from The Far East, Caribbean, and Latin and North America. The early registration for the 2012 peak is open as early as December 31, 2011. $300 is the pricing for per PROMED members and $350 for non members. Registration pricing from January 1 to April twenty-three, 2012 will be $450 for non PROMED members and $400 for PROMED members. This savings opportunity is limited and early registration is inspired.

Nova Dental at the the Annual Dental Meeting in Costa Rica

Hello Friends,

We want to share with you that Dr. Paola Truque attended the Annual Dental Meeting in Costa Rica ACCO, to nourish her continuing education. On the first day of the Meeting, she participated as judge of the investigation contest.

She was selected to be part of the jury, and she was very happy with the results of the activity. ‘‘The investigation contest was great, we had a lot of participants, and the quality of the investigations was very high,’’ she mentioned.

Dr. Obando´s Africa trip (Updated)

Hello Friends:

On the 8th of April, Dr. Obando is leaving for 3 weeks to Guinea Bissau in Africa. We wanted to share his trip with you, because it is part of the social responsability program of Nova Dental.

He is going there with 5 of his university students to work at a dental facility, where they will be performing free dental surgeries for the population of this poor country. Guinea Bissau’s per- capita gross domestic product is one of the lowest in the world.

We wish him luck and hope that his trip will make a difference in the beautiful people of Guinea Bissau.
